I had a older belling cooker and it would cook twice as quick on a lower setting ,rubbish

Takes a while to heat up, compared to our old Belling cooker, but when it does it cooks evenly. A few niggles - the slow close function on the top oven/grill means that the door has to be fully open when grilling and not half-opened/angled. Also when opening the bottom oven the heat causes the glass on top oven door to steam up which takes a while to clear. Minor quibbles though

This oven is perfect for my needs. It is very quiet and is intuitive to use. So far everything has been perfectly and evenly cooked in it. The soft close doors are a welcome bonus, after many cringing moments with my old oven, expecting the door glass to smash when I've accidentally let go of the door. Very happy with the product, overall.

Being restricted to a built under oven, after much deliberation I chose this Belling B1702FPCT. Was it the best choice, well I shall never know. The first delivery was not connected due to lack of fixings, a second model a week later received the same decision however my husband managed to adapt the existing fittings to suit. Not good service from Belling. I had chosen the model with largest capacity but it is still smaller than my previous model. A shame the catalytic linings only cover a small area of each side panel, nothing on rear or roof. The thermostat is far from accurate being between 20 and 30 degrees lower than the settings in the lower oven, 20 degrees higher in the top oven. Both ovens seem extremely slow and reluctant to brown items - sausages cooked in bottom oven at 200 degrees took an hour and a half., small jacket potatoes again at 200 took 2 hours I can't commit to a definite meal time as yet. I watched a lemon drizzle cake which normally takes 50 minutes on 160 take 85 mins on 180 in order too get it brown. The markings for settings are quite hard to see palrticularly as I have eye problems. Writing is small and dark and temperature range of 50 degrees is not ideal, a lot of positioning guesswork. Maybe after time I will get to like it, but I may yet be rejecting it.

Superb bit of kit. Main oven fan is so quiet you have to double check it's actually on. Very even cooking whatever shelf your stuff is on. Can't fault it.

Really good product, love the soft close doors! Easy to fit! And works really well!

Only been using it for a couple of weeks, but did a full Christmas dinner for 8 in it and no problem what-so-ever. Smart looking oven at a reasonable price. Nice and quiet. Lets hope it last as long as the AEG it replaced. Only thing I don't like is there is no grill pan handle included.

The oven is very quite and works as expected. The service that we got from ao.com was excellent especially Toni Nugent who helped us find an oven that would fit. A big thanks to everyone that helped us out.
