Simple to use, safe and does what its designed to do for a good price

Great oven however the biggest issue I have with it , and in the end mean I get rid, its the fact that the selecting dials for temp and use selection are not lit. I bought the black one and thought it faulty. Rang AO and they rang electra only to be told that there is no light on it. Told me 3 o’clock was ove and 9 the grill. AO then sent me a diagram of what the dials said. Much better diagram than the so called hand book that was not legible. I then found out that if I used a torch to look at the dials you can see them/ it. The handbook they send is rubbish, AOs was much better. All that said no one should have to use a torch to read the dials on any oven. Not just me, I have now had six other people look at it, no one can see the dials.maybe it’s worse because it’s under the counter and not up high. Don’t know. Only know that I will never but another electra appliance again, not so sure this meets health and safety rules either. Do know its going as soon as I can afford another. Thought I was getting a bargain not a liability. You can turn it on and not know. No stars ffrom me

Good size oven but only has one shelf

Love this oven, it’s sleek looking fits well Just two things stopped me giving it 5* . 1) just one oven shelf, it def needs one or two more and an option to add one on purchase page would be great. 2) no lights on the dials is a huge down mark. I had to ring AO to ask them what they were and was that a fault on my oven. Nope, they very kindly rang electra to be told def no lights. Had I known I would not have bought. No mention on sales stuff. You have to look at the handbook then count the clicks as you turn the dial in order of the list. Really not good enough. No idea how you know where to start, they are no marking on the panel or knob just something that looks like it should light up. I assumed it would light when turned on. Nope

The oven is fantastic, quite a few modes and is really quiet I forget it's on some times.
