Less than three months old oven had been on 20 minutes to cook chicken breast when there was a huge bang, i turned around to see the outer oven door had exploded and the glass had been thrown across the ktichen. I had glass in my leg and my clothes and on the work tops.

Didn't work properly from the start and then stopped completely. Engineer has been out twice and it's still not working. Asked for a refund or replacement and was told no. AO said they'd contact me and they haven't. I'd give it no starts if I could. My advice is don't buy this and don't buy from AO

It has arrived and not in working condition engineering has came out to appliance now waiting on replacement.

Poor visibility controls and very poor shelf spacing including only one shelf

My fault for not reading the specs, so I'm not moaning, but I was surprised a modern oven (even the cheapest one that AO.com sell) doesn't have a fan. It still does a decent job, heats up fairly quickly and is easy to keep clean. The gloss black finish also looks very smart The instructions state that it can be connected to a plug, so I did. I was surprised that it didn't come with a wire though, so this could be an additional cost if you wish to use a fused plug.

Looks quite sleek and cool, fitted well into the kitchen. In terms of functionality, the oven is quite basic; has no timer, has no display and only two dials. Note that the oven only came with one shelf, which was quite impractical - so ordering more. On a positive note, its really silent as its a conventional oven and not fan assisted. Everything with delivery was great, and worth the installation costs. Overall, a good interim product until you can afford one for a new kitchen.

Looks good, oven cooks evenly, haven’t tried grill yet. No timer, poor instructions and the dials are very faint and difficult to read even with magnifying glass. Good price and delivered on time.

Ok oven heats quickly , no cable but can be wired to a plug with correct cable, bit bigger than specs due to protruding screws , only one shelf witch is disappointing , easy to clean the bits you can reach , but due to the gaps at top of door to let heat out ,stuff can get between the glass which means dismantling the door to get the glass out (not an easy job) to clean ,would have liked a fan and timer but knew that before I bought
