I've used both the jug and the single serving cup to make smoothies with frozen and unfrozen fruit I can't fault the result however the noise is loud and far too loud with the single serving cup my ears were ringing after using the pre setting. It's the first ever blender I've had so not sure if all blender make a noise or not I see that there are noise reducing adaptors you can buy so I guess it's not uncommon. Powerful to chop up my frozen fruit into a smooth drink but loud enough to cause permanent ear damage in my opinion. It's a tough call but I will be using ear defenders and not blending when my neighbours are asleep in case of asbo

This product has save me money and time, I use to spend lots of time blending due to the size and effectiveness of my previous blender but since I bought this, I spent less time blending which in turn saves me on money my electric bills

Only used it once so but does what it claims, bit loud but can live with that.

It is really good blender, but that is purely what it is. My old blender had a grinder option, so I could mill the seeds before adding to the smoothie for extra smooth texture. This one crashes the seeds, whilst blending to certain extend, but hard seeds shells are left in chunks in the smoothie. If you look for something more multifunctional, than this product definitely is not it. On a box it says prepare your soups and sauces, but blender comes with warning not to use for hot liquids, so you can only blend your ingredients before cooking and with addition of water. As a blender it is great and powerful piece of machine.

Reasonably priced, delivered on schedule. Will have given 5 stars but only used it once yet but it's is better than any I have used.

It’s very good blender the only downside is the noise level

Powerful and well built blender. Makes great smoothies and blitzes ice with ease. It is a little noisy, hence the 4 stars
