I purchased the integrated fridge freezer with sliding door fixing kit. I really like the fridge freezer itself. The warning/reason for the 2 stars is that the connections on the door for the wood paneling are extremely weak. They don’t connect properly leaving the sliding mechanism loose and it occasionally comes off the track. I have a new intergraded fridge freezer but doesn’t feel like it. Buyer beware.

Product was fine but installation was terrible. Never again going for the installation option through ao.

This is a good roomy fridge. The two drawers one for veg/fruit & the other for raw meat are good as they stop cross contamination with other food in the fridge. However, it is difficult to pack the meat drawer with the plastic boxes of meat from supermarkets, they only fit in one way & I feel you get less in the drawer then stacking on a shelf. The door buckets are movable but still not very many spaces for tall items but on the whole we are managing. The freezer is fine as we have another in the garage but it isn't a huge capacity but I like the sliding shelf which is great for pizza among other things. Only had for 1 week but was easy enough to install and seems quiet & efficient. Be warned though if the AO description says flexible drawer that can be fridge or freezer this isn't on this model. I think AO have the wrong product description. Overall I'm happy so far and Samsung offer a 5 year warranty which is good.

Overall very unsatisfied Cons: - The product is advertised with 'flexible zone can be used as fridge or freezer space.' Thought this was handy and was the reason for choosing this model. However, this does not seem to be present. No obvious control for it and no mention in the manual. - Most of the fridge and freezer drawers only pull out about half way. When drawers are packed it is hard to get to things in the back - you can only do it by removing things in the front - Noisier than my previous very old fridge Pros: - Useful drink bottle shelf - Moisture does not seem to pool up

So happy with this fridge freezer and the service from AO. The different drawers keep things really fresh and are really spacious. Only think we’ve found so far is some of the larger milk (larger than 2 pint) bottle require you to move on of the small door shelf. Not a major issue and still would recommend highly.

Sadly, we never got to use it so I can't really comment. It had to be replaced as it was damaged on the installation, but the replacement has been fitted perfectly and appears to be working very well so far!

It’s fine but not as described. There is no shelf that can be freezer or fridge as desired. This is obviously a problem with the description on ao’s site. It has been pointed out in previous reviews I see but as does not respond.

Fantastic especially in comparison to my 18 year old fridge freezer. No frost in freezer or condensation in fridge. Display is great showing temperature of fridge and freezer. I also like that the led light is at the front of the fridge pointing diagonally down so having items on the top shelf doesn’t affect the light for the other shelf’s. This is will also save quite a lot of electricity, essential with the price of energy currently.
