A very conveniently organised and good quality fridge freezer. I find 70/30 split between fridge and freezer section working very well for our family. Low energy consumption is critical these days, so big plus for its "D" (an "A" on the previous grading system) energy consumption - we could not find any better in under £1k segment of the market. Delivery can be combined with installation and removal of the old appliances - all done in one go. Very happy and highly recommend it ????

Great freezer/ fridge. Hit temperature quickly when set up. Nice and cool fridge, crisper bottom drawer is excellent. Fitted on time with no fuss, really good fitting team. Best fridge freezer we’ve had. Keith

Quality fridge freezer. AO clearly have the description wrong but don’t let that put you off. It’s a great product that is easy to use and cools everything down to exactly the temp you set. Looks slick too.

On the whole it seems a well built fridge but I’m unhappy about a couple of things. Firstly there isn’t a flexible drawer and no mention of it in the handbook. This is a big disappointment as it was one of the reasons I bought it. Secondly the door shelves aren’t very practical. Room for 1 large milk carton but nowhere to put other bottles like sauces etc. If I were to choose a new fridge I’m not sure I’d pick this one. Good points are that it’s quiet, well built and good energy efficiency

High quality product, works really well. Samsung always deliver above expectations. 5 year warranty upon registration. Easy to install and the delivery service was great, tracked and driver called ahead to advise a time. Used the price match and AO refunded me straight away as it was advertised cheaper elsewhere after I received delivery.
