Overall I’m really satisfied with the oven. The oven look good and performs very well, especially the air fryer function which really crisps up ingredients well! My only slight gripe is the lack of programmable timer which means you can set the oven to turn on/off at specific times unlike my previous oven, which was ancient yet still had this function!? Slightly off the new oven doesn’t have this feature but not the end of the world. On the whole though, the positives massively outweigh the negatives with this oven and I’m happy I purchased.

Only had the oven a week so fairly new feedback. So far the oven does what is asked and cooks well. I have cooked a cake and other meals and all seems very positive. Due to having other kitchen appliances an oven is not such an essential as it was, but with a large household it certainly has its place when cooking a meal rather than a snack.

Great product

Excellent oven works really well for me. Heats up quickly easy to control and a good selection of shelves and trays supplied. Looks great in the kitchen.

The instructions are terrible, particularly those around the upper oven/grill. We actually wonder if we should have paid more for a better known brand, but these days that's no guarantee. It's very different from our previous one, so there's a learning curve, but so far it seems to do the job. Main criticism is the lack of a handle for grilling (mentioned in the instructions but not supplied with this model) and the all black control knobs which are near impossible to see the 'pointer' position on. I fixed the latter by filling the recesses white with a paint pen (silver might look better but I only had white).

Great simple oven and value for money

In the last 5 years we've had a CDA oven (came with the kitchen installation) and an Indesit A rated oven and this Hisense knocks spots off them both. Compared to the Indesit it's night and day better. Not only does the Hisense look a 100% nicer it cooks brilliantly. We always had problems with everything taking far longer to cook than the stated times, not with this, it cooks everything evenly and typically as per the specified times. Anyone looking for a good looking and performing built under oven id highly recommend this, we're very impressed.

Product arrived in perfect condition, packaging removed and the old oven taken away. Product was easy to fit. Overall quality is exceptional. Heavy gauge racks and two roasting trays. Very quite efficient and easy to clean.
