I’ve always used inset and absolutely love it. I find it very reliable. I’ve never had problems with my intercept washing machines. I first had one in 1976 and ever since then I’ve always had intercept washing machines and always will.

Good quality, easy to install and good range of programs. Washing came out very clean and the fast spin is helpful to get it close to dry.

Super fast delivery and genuinely amazing customer service. As a Mum with 2 kids, when my washer broke, I needed to replace it really quickly. I ordered with another provider and their advertised delivery date then changed by 4 days once ordered! Phoned AO, confirmed the day I wanted was available - done! Love the machine, large drum, quick wash cycle. Winner.

The machine was easy to connect and set up, and it has a great load capacity with a large choice of programme cycles. The information display is clear and easy to read and the countdown timer is very useful. For a machine with a 1600 spin cycle, it is remarkably quiet. I would recommend this washing machine.

Lightweight build quality. But Cheap. So good value for money.
