Great machine love the rapid wash with choice of 14, 30 or 44 mins. Very quiet while washing and spinning

Having had a Baumatic i knew they were good quality and popularly priced,and i was not disappointed. I like the extra sized washload and the simpicity in the controls, and also the bright displays . Nothing to be said against it,at all !!

The machine is great but upon delivery, it came with a broken programme dial. It is workable but who wants a broken brand new washing machine? After contacting ao they told me to order one from Hoover, who owns Baumatic. That was on the 13/12/22. I am still waiting a month down the road for this part and have just received an email telling me it is still out of stock and they can not guaantee when it will arrive.. A simple dial? out of stock? why? how many have broken then? ao washed their hands of it.

I'd had this machine 3 month and it started jumping all over the floor knocking the skirting board off causing it pop the main house fuse. (over christmas) An engineer arrived 3 weeks after booking it in and then I had to wait a further week for the replacement control PCB. A standard fault with this machine apparently! 1 month later and its faulty again with the same problem. I complained and have another engineer coming out the same day. Also the door mounts are not in the standard position and I had to adapt my door to fit. Over all its a good machine when it works properly. I wouldn't buy this model again though.

Easy instructions to follow and simple installation . Quiet spin and easy to use, great quality for the price.

Excellent washing machine……does what it says on the tin! Various programs to suit most needs and tells you how long left until the program is finished, which is helpful. Large drum too.
