The oven works well and has so far cooked the food evenly with no problems. I do find the shelf design odd though and it makes it awkward getting cookware in and out.

A fixed shelf which isn’t flat makes this oven very awkward to use. No tray with rack included with the oven unlike other brands. Shelf height only adjustable by turning the fixed shelf upside down.

The combi oven is easy to use on standard (mode, temperature, time) settings: I haven't used the automatic settings yet. It's easy to keep clean and it looks good. Two warnings: (1) if you open the door you need to press "start" to re-start the oven or microwave, and (2) it can't be used for heating a microwaveable wheat/cereal bag - threatens to catch fire.

Great product with lots of functions. The stainless steel interior is so easy to clean it's a dream. The only reason for 4* instead of 5* is it has only one shelf position whereas the Neff microwave combination oven I've replaced it with had 4.

Very smart looking oven. Seems easy to use. Nice and big inside so plenty of cooking space. Didn’t take very long to be installed. I am really pleased with my new oven.

Having had to replace our original Neff combination microwave oven after 20+ years (i know things just don’t last these days) we are really pleased with the Neff replacement. Very easy to install and set up. Operating the microwave and oven couldn’t be simpler and we really like the slightly bigger oven capacity, compared to our previous model. Easy to keep clean and its looks very modern. We are now in the process of looking at the oven version and will be ordering a replacement shortly.

Product is easy to use, and reliable. Doesn’t come with a grill pan though. Had to buy this separately.

Had it a week and it seems really good. Microwave is powerful and the plate warmer function is useful. A handy oven to have in case you need it.
