My wife and I are really pleased with the whole process, ordering was easy and the communication was excellent, emails kept us updated all the way, we had a phone call to go through details before delivery and the delivery team were friendly and helpful, contacting us when they were about 10 minutes away. Highly recommend this cooker splendic mixture of modern and traditional looks hob . So useful to have a mini oven for that quick mini meal.

Looks very classy. Has everything i need. easy to install. and comes with a glass lid which completes the look and also acts as a splashback. very pleased. good value for money

nothing to dislike, it replaced a 15+ year old range cooker that was passed its best, if this one lasts half that time it will have proved its value. One of the main reasons for purchase of this make is the fact that the cooker can be converted to LPG, essential for life in the sticks with no mains gas. the electric hot plate is a neat addition on the top allowing food to be kept warm, and 3 ovens are a bonus.

Having been without a cooker for several months, decided to purchase this one without actually physically seeing it. Apart from the dials being a little bit more plasticky then I would like, everything else is great! The handles, doors, shelves, glass lid and hobs are all very solid and feel like good quality. Everything cooks exactly as it should, no issues with that. Havent tried any baking yet but not sensing any issues with it. It has gone out of stock in other places so if you like the sound of this one, buy it quick before it's gone!

Our previous cooking range became faulty at the beginning of the covid -19 lockdown. We tried to cope but decided we couldn't anymore and when we kept seeing adverts on the tv for ao.com we decided to look on the ao.com website for a new one. This particular cooker caught our eye because it looks great and seemed to do everything we needed it to. Having 3 ovens and a grill makes it very easy to do those large dinners and once lockdown is over cooking for several people will be a breeze. Some people have said the fan is noisy but ours certainly isn't. Also having the electric hot plate on the top along side the 5 gas burners is very handy to keep things warm / hot. I would definitely recommend this cooker and definitely recommend ao.com. We did pay extra for the removal of our old appliance and also for the fitting too and really couldn't fault anything about our order. I was kept updated all the time about the delivery and was called about 20 mins before it arrived. It was all fully installed and working by 8:10 am too. Thank you ao.com.

Really happy with the look of my new range cooker. Still getting used to work it. I wish the instructions were a bit more expensive. Very basic information on the differences between the ovens. I have burnt my first offering and undercooked my second. User error. I am sure I will work it out though...,

Perfect replacement for my previous Leisure cooker, which was over 10 years old - dimensions identical but now with 3 ovens rather than 2 previously. Very pleased with its performance so far, seems to manage cakes perfectly. AO installation and disposal of the old one was faultless and all mess taken away too :-)
