IN SHORT,ABSOLUTE RUBBISH !!.NOISY,LOOSE BITS FALLING OFF.PITIFUL SUCTION,A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.I ONLY GAVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE IT CAME IN A NICE BOX .

This is the BEST vacuum I’ve ever used. The suction is seriously, genuinely carpet raising! The unit is light but robust, sturdy and easy to use. The only down side, was that I took so long to buy it! An excellent product.

Impossible to push suction too strong

Although powerful it is heavy, the main vacuum head is difficult to use. The cord has to be pulled out to full extent before machine will start and is so liable to rewinding itself and stopping the machine we have had to use a clothes peg on the lead to prevent rewinding. Registering for the guarantee is a project! All in all we wish we hadn't bothered.

This is a powerful little vacuum cleaner and good value.

Should’ve believed the reviews about it being too powerful for its own good. It’s actually really hard to push around as it tries to suck the floorboards up. Otherwise great little vacuum at a good price, extendable tube is very handy, but it’s hard work to manoeuvre.
