We have a Bed and breakfast and people are forever spilling tea and coffee on the floor, so we have to get the stains out. We have been really impressed so far with the Vax rapid power refresh, but would say you need more than the recommended dose of the liquid. we are also experimenting with non vax liquids and they seem to be equally as good and cheaper

This shampooer was easy to assemble with good instructions of how to use. I am in my 60s and thought I would find it too heave but I managed well. I couldn't believe how dirty the water was after cleaning the lounge carpet, we do have a dog though. I was so pleased with the result I cleaned the stair and bedroom carpet the following day. A really good buy at a reasonable price

The vax rapid power carpet cleaner was very easy to put togeather and use. We could not believe the colour off the water that was sucked up. I would highly recommend this product.

Easy to connect, worked really well until about an hour in when the accessory water pressure really dropped despite enough water and solution in the machine.

Cleans well but I find it quite heavy.

Easy to assemble and prepare for use. I’m a complete novice when it comes to using a carpet cleaner. The instructions are clear and comprehensive and most users might say idiot proof. Suffice to say this elderly idiot could not find a warning tip ; Don’t squeeze the trigger continuously ever! I’m happy to give a 5 star rating now.
