Great product and worth every penny!! Arrived quick, easy to assemble and take apart and clean. Not too heavy to use, and the results were amazing. Definitely recommend.

Really easy to use, great size of tank (no need to keep emptying & refilling) & the machine does a great job. Carpets & upholstery dried in almost an hour, looking very fresh indeed

Very pleased with this machine, I've used it on all the carpets throughout the house and im very pleased with the results, my carpets come up lovely and I'm shocked at how dirty the water is that comes out of the carpets, even my living room carpet which has only been down for 7 months and we are a no shoes in the house kind of people and the dirt it lifted out is amazing. Definitely recommend this product and the larger tank is worth it less water changes/refills

Carpets look great after shampooing them. Pile on carpets now soft and comfortable underfoot. Room smelling fresh. Carpet cleaner easy to use and also importantly easy to clean after use. Great product from Vax.

I compared many carpet cleaners and plumped with this one. Glad I did, really simple to use, easy to fill, leaves carpets and rugs almost dry. Easy to clean afterwards as well, just a rinse under the tap does the trick. I felt brave and went for the stairs as well with the attachment that comes with the cleaner, again really easy to use. Pleased with the results, already have family members asking if they can use it.

Easy to assemble and to use. Have used as an upright and with the handheld accessory and both do a good job. Having hired a well known carpet cleaner previously I'd say this does as good as, if not better job. Only negative, the wheels seem a bit flimsy, but time will tell. Would definitely recommend.

We're very happy with this carpet cleaner. It was easy to assemble and the instructions for use were easy to follow. It cleaned our carpets really well - comparable to renting a more industrial machine - and left them pretty dry. Drier than I expected to be honest. We only used it on a standard clean setting, but feel confident to use the other settings and attachments when we need them.
