The product arrived very quickly but tools were missing so had to contact ao to order more which arrived 4 days later after which I assembled the cleaner to find the clean water tank to large to fit so contacted ao again now awaiting a replacement hope this one goes better

Easy to use and efficient.

Fabulous, eight year old cream caret revived so easily. Almost everything about it is great, including the bottle of solution you get with it so you can get going immediately! Four stars only, purely as I find it a bit heavy and you have to use the small tool for stairs so is a bit slow. Large areas it’s great.
