First time I used the carpet cleaner fantastic result .

Speedy delivery. Very straightforward to put together. Nice to have some shampoo & treater included so you can use immediately. Very light without the water tank so if using upstairs take the water tank up separately otherwise it makes the product very heavy to lift safely. Easy to use & effective. Would like the dry only function to be a little stronger as it did leave the carpet wetter than expected but overall fantastic value for money.

Having seen lots of ads decided to buy one. Its amazing, really cleans well and easy to assemble and use.

Does a brilliant job of carpet and sofa. Much cheaper than what I was quoted to get capets and upholstery cleaned professionally. Very pleased with the results.

Amazing product, I have a auto inflammatory autoimmune immune condition, so reactions with a lot of things. Not had any issues with the chemicals. Wear gloves though. Drys quicker than an hour even at 9pm with the central heating on like normal and windows cracked for flow. 45 mins and 3 rooms. Tank needs emptying every 20 mins as when solution or water is low, the dry function cuts out because of suction loss.

Easy to fill and empty, my new Vax made the cleaning of my carpets much easier. I have had a vax before, but it was always a bit of a bind to mix the carpet shampoo and then empty the tank afterwards. This new model is much more user friendly and cleaning the vax after use is very easy.

I love this carpet and upholstery cleaner. It’s so satisfying to see the difference between the before and after! ??. It’s large, so be prepared to find a big space to store it somewhere, but the battery powered pre-treatment wand comes completely off.
