Great cooker with flexible options for everything you want to cook. Even though there arejust 2 of us, tere are so many options including the fan oven for big meals, and the smaller oven that has a 'Rapid Heating' option for when you're in a hurry. It can also be used to heat plates. We've used the wok ring but haven't tried the electric griddle yet. The timer is good but the beeper is quite quet. Also when one of our trays fell down the back of the storage/proving drawer, we couldnt find any instructons on how to remove the drawer to rescue it.

Rangemaster. This is my second Rangemaster - the first one I had for 28 years. I actually gave it to a friends daughter and her fiancé who had moved into their first house just one week before and had no stove. Their dream was for a Rangemaster but money could they afford one. So my gift was perfect. I am so, so happy with my new Boy Blue. The stove is so robust and obviously has had many refinements over the years. Still it is familiar in many ways. Two full size ovens (electric this time) proving drawer and full width grill. Five burners on top which are gas plus a griddle. Really spoilt for choice. Fantastic design that I just could not be without. Did think I would downsize but so glad I did not. I was taught to buy the very best you could afford. I would say that this is what my Rangemaster is. I love the fact that there are so many shelf levels and that the grill is on runners. The only thing I miss is the glass lid but I can live without that and know I will enjoy cooking on Boy Blue. Thank you Aga for making such a beautiful piece of engineering. Maggie Scott
