Fantastic

I ordered this to deal with pet stains and to clean mattresses. After doing what I thought was a decent amount of research I hoped this would be the best. Sadly I was disappointed - the button which releases the water when cleaning jammed so it is difficult to stop water coming out and it also leaked. The machine is also very noisy. After contacting AO with video evidence they were really helpful and I have swapped it for a Shark equivalent which is cheaper, doesn’t leak and the button to release water works like a dream. Not sure if it was a rogue machine but very happy with my Shark. Thank you AO for being so helpful.

Good at cleaning up wet marks, on carpet and hard floor. I am having an issue with the switch that controls the water flow, once pressed it doesn’t stop spraying when you take finger off switch. You have to press the switch in the opposite direction, so there is excessive water distribution.

Can't say I'm keen in this. The suction is not very good and does NOT pick up diet very well. Went for this model as Shark is meant to be a good make, not so convinced anymore.

Good at cleaning but a little chonky. Power cable would be better As a retractable
