Amazing this is my 2nd vacuum have one at home and ordered this one for our caravan highly recommend!!

Good hoover on first use. Need to work out how to clean it as we are a pet household so need to make sure I can do that.

The product itself is just what we needed. Very happy with product.

Very fast delivery great power and suction.

This has been great so far. Much more powerful than my previous vacuum. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is you have to keep connecting the hose to the extender pole when you want to use it, which is different to my last vacuum. More about breaking the habit than anything I guess.

I've tried other vacuums, but not been happy. I've come back to Vax and I'm not disappointed. The cord is long so I can do the whole of the downstairs without having to unplug. It cleans really well and the rotating brushes are easy to clean. A little fiddly to take out and put back in though. It's also very heavy to move unless you turn on the rotating brushes. But even then, someone with weakness in their arm or wrist would find it heavy to manoeuvre. It lifts off but the suction is not as strong and the lift off unit itself is heavy. I've not yet used it on the stairs. I know I will have to rest it on the steps during use due to its weight, but it has the pet tool so will clean them well.

Does not feel as robust as the Shark and not as well put together, but the twin rollers work really well and are much easier to change than the Shark
