Great vacume for the price especially if you have pets. Picked up pet hair from my carpet I couldn't even see.

Excellent quality. Adaptable and effective, this does the job all around the house.

A good all round product. Lovely design, I like the fact that it comes with lights really useful in those dark areas. The swivel action is really easy to control. Good supply of accessory tools. The body can be removed making stairs and the car much easier to vacuum. Easy to take apart and put back together for the cleaning product. Easy to follow instructions for first time use. Registering the product for additional warranty was easy to complete on line.

Great hoover, only problem is that the lead is at the bottom so it’s easy to hoover it up!

Poor quality product and design. Long cable which if run over with vacuum will tear as only very thin cable. Rollers underneath are poorly made and the rubber roller covers ripped within 2 days. Finally the tool use is not as good as other vacuums as you have to disconnect the suction tube and then click in the tools. Would go back to my Shark if I had the choice again

Really good value hoover. Excellent features such as the easy to clean brushes. Great pick up. The only downside I find is that I am coming from a Shark hoover which feels very robustly made to this which feels almost flimsy. An example is the weight and the feel of the plastic and the quality of the cable isn't as good as on our Shark.
