Appalling after care from Beko

Very disappointed that after 10 days our Beko fridge freezer stopped working.
We figured out there was a lose connection in the moulded plug ( well that’s what we think ) so we changed the plug.
After this it worked.
Rang Beko to be told if an engineer came out we’d have to pay £55 as it was working???
No apology
No offer to send a replacement plug/ lead or reimburse us
Appalling after care customer service.
I have no faith in Beko and will not be buying from them again
