Very disappointed that after 10 days our Beko fridge freezer stopped working. We figured out there was a lose connection in the moulded plug ( well that’s what we think ) so we changed the plug. After this it worked. Rang Beko to be told if an engineer came out we’d have to pay £55 as it was working??? No apology No offer to send a replacement plug/ lead or reimburse us Appalling after care customer service. I have no faith in Beko and will not be buying from them again

It is a very efficient fridge, using less electricity than my previous one. Loses stars because: a) The milk shelf and shelf above that are too high up - difficult for smaller people to reach. Getting drinks out without spilling them can be a challenge. b) There is space for an extra shelf in the fridge area, but it's wasted. It really needs another shelf. c) The Ice tray freezer "shelf" is actually just a half-lid contraption that you place on top of one of your other freezer drawers. Making access to that drawer impossible without removing the ice tray first. What's the point!!! My old on had a small separate drawer at the top of the freezer section -and that was a Beko too. REALLY ANNOYING trust me. d) No temperature display - I knew this when I was buying it though. e) Smallest drip tray for the water ever, plus the way the drips drop they miss the tray. Good Points: a) A massive vegetable drawer. If you love fresh veg storage, then this is for you. b) The chilled water container holds loads of water, and you can see how much is left. It is also relatively easy to fill. c) The freezer drawers are a good size d) Frost free works well. e) It's quiet - well compared to my old one. Plus the motor doesn't seem to be running as often as my old one. Saves money! f) It has pretty lights - I really think this is a sales gimmick, but it might actually work. Overall I'm fairly happy with the fridge. It's just a shame that simple things like an extra shelf in the fridge and a dedicated ice cube holder tray section aren't there. I brought the fridge for the water dispenser, and I needed a new fridge in a hurry. In reflection I might not have brought this one had I had a lot more time to think about my purchase. After a month of use, that's my honest review of the fridge.

It’s a nice fridge, don’t buy it if you’re 5”1 like me though I can’t reach the back of the top shelf lol! Also, it’s VERY noisy sometimes more than other times it sounds like a plane in my kitchen?? it’s a good good fridge though. The freezer drawers are annoying, they hang out when you pull them but overall it’s an ok fridge freezer

Love the freezer size.. the fridge is large but its downfall is the door only has 2 shelves and the main fridge only has 3 shelves for such a large capacity. The water dispenser is very nice but pours extremely slow

Good capacity, quiet and nice layout

This is a good sized fridge freezer for medium to large family. Delivered on time and. The harvest fresh technology works just fine.

I am pleased that the product is as described and that there is a unique harvest fresh light system installed to keep veg and salad in the drawer fresher for longer! The fridge freezer also runs nice and quietly. I do feel that the water filter tray and the storage shelf above it are awkward to remove so customers need to take extra care, especially when cleaning the water tank! The plastic notches on the internal fridge door are the only support for the storage tray and water tank. The receiving slots on both the storage tray and water tank are in direct contact with the notches and fit tightly together once in situ. I just hope the plastic is durable enough to tolerate wear and tear over time in these areas and does not become brittle or cracked. Time will tell.
