Pros. Great size 50/50 fridge freezer. Simple controls. Water cooler has a good capacity. Ideal for a family. Nice crisper drawer with stay fresh lighting system Cons. None so far

The Fridge Freezer itself is fine. Just two slight problems that might not be problems for others. 1/ due to their being a water dispenser, there is not a bottom "milk" section in the door - it is higher up. OK for adults, a problem for those of us vertically challenged, the disabled & children. However, I think it is something maybe I should have noticed before ordering. 2/ the advert stated the doors are reversible, one of the main reasons I ordered this product, the screws at the bottom allowing the doors to be reversed would not budge (even after checking Beko YouTube video), so we are now stuck with a right hinged fridge-freezer, when we wanted a left hinged.

Great service from AO had my new product delivered and wasn’t working so contacted AO and they came and swapped them the next day. Fantastic fridge freezer so big and spacious even when it seems full there’s more room than you thought. Wasn’t sure about the harvest fresh technology as I’d never heard of it but can really notice the different my fruit and veg last much longer and feel much fresher I’ve still no idea how it works but it does! Frost free is so helpful as well no ice gathering anywhere, the drawers in the freezer are lovely and smooth to open and close. The open door alert is fantastic it’s not loud but a subtle beeping and light flashing is noticeable each time my young son leaves the door open on the fridge. Would recommend this fridge freezer and AO
