Has been in less than a week. Sometimes it will turn on, other times it won’t. Sometimes it turns itself on! Electrician who fitted all the appliances in our kitchen said he didn’t feel happy leaving it connected. Called Belling and they said they will contact me with a date to check it which could be next week, could be the week after. I’m left with two kids and no hob for who knows how long! Oh and when I told them that the electrician had disconnected it, I got told that the engineer will be checking for any tampering which may invalidate the warranty!!! I’m registered disabled so couldn’t disconnect it myself, I wasn’t saying he’d tampered with it!

Bought because of the name but very disappointed. Not like the old original Belling products sadly. Does not have enough heat even when it's on maximum 9 and keeps cutting off and coming on, not a steady heat. Cannot return as its installed. Will replace soon. Such a Waste of money, especially in these hard times

Bought this hob a couple of days ago and can confirm that it is not the best product as the ceramic part of the hob has changed colour after its first use. I would not recommend this to anyone, unless AO gives me a clear explanation on how this is happening.

The item is fine albeit the the hob was not on the delivery van when it arrived on its scheduled visit. I had to wait another day and reschedule the fitting.

It works well, but the ceramic plate is not great quality as it's very very difficult to keep clean with no marks. I've used ceramic hobs all my life and this one must be the worst I've come across. If you're looking for a ceramic hob I would recommend a different brand.

The hob works but doesn't seem to give as much heat as our previous Belling hob so if you make jam and need to bring it to a good rolling ball this may not be for you. Otherwise it seems to be OK although the touch controls seem to a bit tempremental - the hob goes off sometimes at unexpected moments (although this may be because we're not familiar with it yet).
