Very satisfied with this tumble dryer. Dries clothes really well and choice of programmes suit every need. Easy to empty the water tank. Would definitely recommend

Excellent product, looks good and works perfectly

Good price and delivered promptly. The new machine is much better than our old Hotpoint with better options and quicker drying times.

Good drum size

I previously had a Hotpoint Vented Dryer which I purchased over 17 years ago and is still going strong but due to moving house, I needed a dryer that wasn't vented. I purchased a very expensive Samsung Heat Pump dryer, which I wasn't too impressed with from the start, as a cycle took over 2 hours to dry. That lasted 3 years and off to the scrap yard it went. I needed another reliable dryer so back to Hotpoint I went. I purchased this condenser dryer and couldn't be happier. It dries a 9kg load in less that 1.5 hours and the clothes are bone dry. I believe it could hold a bit more as the drum size is generous. You have the options to change the dryness level and there is also a pipe provided to drain out the water to save you from emptying the tank each time. The only downside I would say is the door seems a bit flimsy and the machine is quite loud but apart from that, I couldn't be happier. Important to note that the door opens on the left hand side.

There's not really much to write about. It dries a load of washing in a little over an hour and a half. Maintenance and cleaning is straightforward too. It's not too noisy and having it plumbed into the same water outlet as the washing machine means I don't need to empty the drawer.

Excellent product just what I needed. Goes well with my other Hotpoint washing machine.
