    Good product

We needed to take off all the cooker doors to get it into our kitchen, and although the drop-down doors were easy, the fan oven door was quite awkward to remove. The single igniter button is a long way from the furthest burner controls; ideally there needs to be one button each side of the cooker or automatic ignition. Both ovens are the same width; if you need to use really wide roasting tins you need a cooker wider than 100cm or one with ovens of unequal width. Despite these points, overall we are very pleased with this cooker. The black model looks really smart in our white kitchen.

    Disappointing

    3/5
I bought this range for the number of gas burners and size of ovens. The gas burners are fine - not great quality but seem to do the job and it's useful having so many. However the ovens are really disappointing. Very slow to heat up and not as large as I anticipated. The fan oven is poor, fan not very effective leaving oven hot at top and food cold on lower shelves also if I want to achieve a temperature of 200 degree I have to set the dial to 250. I also find the ovens noisy. Overall as I said I'm disappointed.

I bought this model as a replacement for my Leisure Rangemaster Classic 90. I have also had a Leisure Rangemaster Classic 110 in my previous house and my repeat purchases must say something about my good experiences with this manaufacturer to date! This particular model feels slightly more 'plasticky' than the others I've owned, the RRP is cheaper than my earlier models so perhaps this is reflected in the build quality. Points to note on this model; 1) It doesn't have rollers underneath (other Leisure models do) so moving it in & out is more difficult than it needs to be and I am now trying to repair the scratches on my wood floor :-( 2) The storage space on the bottom right hand side doesn't have a back on it, so if you're not careful you could lose baking trays and smaller items down the back. I have rectified this by placing an old wire cooling rack against the back vertically. Despite the points mentioned above, I think this is a good entry level range cooker & I would highly recommend it if this is your budget. I like the brand, my last two have been reliable and I hope this one will turn out to be as good.

We are very happy with this product it was delivered when stated and the two delivery men were excellent Initial use was easy and straightforward to use Warming up could be quicker but has not spoilt the use of the cooker It is a little noisier than our old one but so much better We do like this cooker and would have no problems recommending this cooker

    Second Leisure Range Cooker

I like it in many ways compared to the older model we had. Burners are more powerful and the ovens do what they are suppose too and for the price the build quality is very good. But and its a big BUT, it has a thermostatically controlled fan that when either oven is hot it blows warm air out from below the knobs and dials. I nice idea to keep the knobs cool from the ovens heat below or a real Heath Robinson solution to another problem?? I don't know why, but I do know when they are on its noisy. In a world of open plan kitchen dining/living this is not good. If you look hard enough this is mentioned in "the features we love" section of the spec. AO might love it but we don't. And another thing. It says the fan lowers the external temperature of the oven and stays on until cooking is complete. To me cooking is complete is when I turn the oven off not 20 mins later when the oven has cooled. Maybe the fan needs to stay on because the internal temperature of the range itself gets too hot? The only cure to to sit down and eat your meal in peace and quiet is to turn off at the mains.
