    4th time being fixed

    1/5
Had this 3 years and after being fixed twice under warranty it has now gone wrong for the 4th time in the week before having everyone round for Christmas. Each time something different and trips the whole house electrics. One time I looked inside with the repair man and a loose wire had melted through on a hot part of the oven frame causing a short. Pretty dangerous. Not impressed after paying so much for a range cooker. If you buy then make sure you have good repair man locally like the one we have whom we now are on first name terms with! Wish we'd bought a different one now but stuck with it as it was an investment in the first place. Not AOs fault as they were great during warranty period. Nice when it works.

The most unreliable oven I've ever had.

    1/5
This range looks beautiful but it's so unreliable. All was fine until the 13th month when the heating element stopped working, leisure wouldn't help us with this as it was (literally 2 days) out of warranty. We had an electrician come out and replace it for us and in the 2 years since then we've replaced it in the main oven a further 3 times, we use our oven every day so I would have expected to replace it but 4 times in 3 years? Ridiculous. Leisure actually were very rude and unaccommodating when we spoke to them about it repeatedly breaking. Aesthetic wise the oven hasn't held up very well either. Severe rusting around the corners and paint peeling off. The coating on the handles has melted and looks ugly. We clean it regularly and get it professionally cleaned every year but leisure said that these issues were due to our poor maintenance, without asking for pictures or seeing the cooker. Must be quite an expert. I would not recommend this cooker or any appliance from leisure although AO were very good.

Have had nothing but trouble since we bought our oven, it was repaired 5 times and is still faulty, we had a replacement delivered with the same faults. Have now asked for my money back.

Disappointed with its quality and after sales!

    2/5
It looks great but I am worried its quality isn’t good enough! I only had it for less than 30 days, first week the grill is playing up, can anyone tell me do you find the grill doesn’t heat quick at all, it kept blowing cold air and we try to heat a pizza, it takes long time and the top of the pizza is still cold! Secondly , on the video it says when the oven timer stops the oven will stop as well! Yesterday I tried but it didn’t stop the oven! I only see a starting time light but I don’t see the end of program light lights up. Very frustrating and totally disappointed. Christmas is coming and the new cooker is not working as expected, called the warranty number and they said they have to repair it and didn’t mention replacement! I will try to contact Ao and try to find what I can do!

Slow to heat, difficult to get conversion kit

    2/5
The oven is OK overall, but we had a couple of issues. Firstly, the large (RHS) oven door does not seem to line up properly, so doesn't look great (although probably doesn't affect performance). Secondly the heating time is disappointing compared to ovens I have had before (it takes well over 20 minutes to hit 180deg). Finally, although ao.com and the manufacturer both state that it can be converted from natural gas to LPG, neither detail how to do this. We have spent many hours online and on phone trying to source the conversion kit, so far with no success. If it is not possible to do this I will have to return the product due to it not being as advertised. The oven itself could be a reasonable product, but overall I am disappointed with this purchase.

Didn't stand the test of time!

    3/5
Initially we were quite pleased with the oven and for a good year it performed very well. After 18 months or so it started to fall apart though, plastic knobs and springs broke, glass in main door fell out and both oven seals started to come off and finally second oven heating element packed up. Won't be purchasing any Leisure products again (spend a bit more and get a better quality one)!

Good cooker, check the width of the compartments

    4/5
Cooker looks great and very pleased with performance. Only two negative points: it takes a while to heat up the oven and although there is plenty of capacity, the actual compartments are not very wide (I've had to buy some smaller baking trays and pizza trays).

Cooks very well and looks great

Early days as yet however cooker looks very smart and cooks everything very well. We had previously had a Rangemaster range cooker and it lasted for more than twenty five years. Hope this one does as well.
