Elegant item, easy to fit, clear and plain instructions and great to use, only wish the lighting was dimmable, as a little bright, but does a good job otherwise, and AO service is great.

Clears cooking smells quickly and looks good; sleek and modern. Remote is great.

This a lovely looking extractor, at a very reasonable price. The remote control is very high quality, as is the extractor itself. If you’re unable to install an extractor flush with the ceiling, this is the perfect alternative.

Bought to replace a rather large obtrusive cooker hood and it has made such a difference giving the illusion of space as well as looking good and being efficient at clearing cooking smells. Only slight problem was that the screws provided for installation were not fit for purpose, the heads disintegrated when tightened up and had to be replaced with steel screws. Very pleased with overall effect of cooker hood.

I am delighted with my purchase of the Elica Cloud Seven cooker hood, you could say I am on Cloud 9 with it.It's appearance on my kitchen ceiling is very aesthetic and unobtrusive. It was easy to install, replacing an older canopy style island cooker hood ( the power supply was already there). My kitchen now seems more spacious than before. Best of all it works very well, last night we fried some steaks and even with the door to our hall area open there were no smells or fumes going through and the smoke alarm did not go off - a major bonus foe us. Highly recommended.

We were looking for an alternative option to an island cooker hood, as we wanted an extractor fan which was both efficient, but equally, didn't interfere with your ability to see/speak to someone in the kitchen. The Elica hood helped us achieve this. It effectively clears the air when needed, and also, leaves us with a kitchen feeling more spacious and social. Only small thing was installation, as it proved difficult for our builders to get in place - albeit, that may just be the circumstances of our specific installation.

A few things to note : 1) the sleeve/section that attaches itself to the ceiling is NOT stainless steel colored it is white 2) the device’s lights cannot dim - it’s either on or off and they are quite bright. The remote and instruction says it can dim, but it cannot. If you can live with the above, it is a good product and value for money. AO.Com’s service is brilliant
