Not sure if I received a faulty one but it just wouldn't even suck up some fluff off of my carpet. It just moved it around. I bought this hoover to replace my Dyson as it had started to show its age and have a Shark hoover for upstairs and both of those can pick up the fluff no problem at all. Really disappointed in this hoover as I had heard good things about Vax hoovers and I also have a Vax steam mop, which is great.

Good suction, but I left both battery packs on charge overnight. When I came to use it I hadn’t even have the hoover on for a minute and the extra power suction had gone off and it dropped from 4 bars to 2

It's not too heavy. Not sure about battery life yet as I haven't used it much yet but having two batteries is useful

Excellent suction, I have had Dyson and Shark cordless vacuums, and this is as good, if not better.

Only had it a week but works well and is light and easy to use.

Really would be better with anti hair wrap on it considering it's designed for pets you must assume pet hair is an issue! Otherwise it does everything I hope it could, but the battery lasting 45mins each would only be if you have it on the lowest suction with no roller on and on a hard floor, otherwise it only lasts approx 15 mins on a short pile carpet with 1 fully charged battery

A great vacuum. Wanted a vacuum that works around the house without much fuss and with good suction. I could easily compare it to a Dyson and it costs a fraction of the price! I’ve had a Dyson V8 and I can safely say that this VAX one is much better (slightly heavier) and with an extra battery it causes no disruption. Plug and play even if you run out of battery!

Great hoover and powerful suction. Double battery makes a huge difference for cordless. Moved into a house with previous cat owner and it has been great at picking up all the hair. Only downside is the weight and it can be difficult to angle in smaller spaces.
