This product originates from China. The first unit worked for 5 min before there was a strange noise and a hot electrical smell. The Bosch engineer attended and I was decided it should be replaced. The replacement has now been in service 4 weeks and works fine. Our hope is that it continues to work for the next 10years!!

There was a foot missing on the turntable wire shelf. The driver said he would supply one and it never arrived The microwave is difficult to operate as the touch screen controls are not illuminated and are difficult to read

Bought this to stack above matching bosch oven. The digital display is too dim and unreadable if it is above your eye level. I could not operate any of the functions as I couldn't see the menu. I have had to get kitchen fitter and electrician back to reposition to sit ovens side by side. If you are under 5'6" you will have problems with this combi oven if stacking on top.

Overall is fine, but there is no tray... so I suppose to buy round one as the microwave disk is round and moves. Also I had to buy small grates for putting rectangular tray on it.

Like this combination microwave oven, bought to replace an older version which has worked well for many years. Unfortunately this new one has some issues, turntable sometimes does not turn, and when in use, the microwave is intermittently very noisy. AO customer service very helpful, and sending replacement. Hopefully this will be issue free.

The perfect addition to our kitchen, we wanted to get rid of our counter top microwave and this is perfect as it also provides extra oven space if needed. it also matches with the single oven from Bosch which looks great.

The product is really good. it does exactly what we want and is easy to use.

Still getting to grips with this but so far so good. Cooks well and easy to use. Just not sure about the internal walls yet, they are stainless steel so only time will tell how easy it will be to keep clean.
