Overall the fridge freezer is good, nice and spacious and the freezer drawers are a good size to allow easy access. Being 5'4" though the top shelves are a little out of reach but we have plenty of room so not really a product issue just didn't consider my own height when choosing. My only difficulty is that there is not much information on how to use the programs and what the symbols on the display mean so was a little difficult knowing if we set it up properly and won't use most functions as I am not sure what they actually do.

ours didn't work and had to have the micro chip board replaced. So not off to a great start

I love the layout and the shelf height choice, the light is great the colour is great.... its a great fridge freezer! it would be 5 stars but it arrived with 3 dents in the side everyone sees. AO did give us £60 off but it didn't make it better.

Works ok. Design after the last one we had is nowhere as good. Setting up temperature on start up could be tricky for some. No split shelf, no easy open door handle. Door closing magnetic seals too strong(sometimes move the fridge trying to open) . Door opening finger hold is a dirt trap. Door shelf racking is flimsy after last leibherr. If they made better lasting compressors we wouldnt of had to replace the fridge. Holiday mode for fridge use, what idiot designed that. Instructions say take everything out of the fridge as temperature goes up to 15 degrees. Where do you put your fridge contents when you take them out. Got a spare fridge? Freezer drawers are good and spacious.

Purchased a fridge freezer which was at a good price and delivered as promised. Unfortunately we found a small dent in the fridge door which was disappointing. We decided that it would be too much hassle to get a replacement as we needed it urgently

As described, but, the inside was smaller than the one it replaced, a lot smaller. That was unexpected because this unit was taller than the old one. Beware: The product is taller than a standard door, so be aware of where you want to put it. Tight spaces could be a nightmare getting it into place. We only just managed to put it where we wanted it. It can be controlled using WiFi, but I can't see the point in that unless you want to worry about power failures: And most of those are out of your control. So, obviously, we didn't buy the extra WiFi control unit.

Excellent fridge-freezer, very well made, but the description doesn't make clear that additional components are needed for "smart" features.

Good product, does what it says on the tin, fridge keeps things cold, freezer keeps things frozen. Good size
