    Installation a problem

    1/5
Looks great. Was so excited to receive it. However, extremely disappointed as it is hard to install due to age of electrics in our house. Keeps tripping fuse. Needs installing to fusebox. Not been able to use yet, due to installation problems and cost. Stinks when turned on. Looking forward to using it asap, installation costs depending.

If you care about your floor- don’t buy! As an oven, yes, but a well designed product- No!

Really disappointed with this sadly. Bought due to good reviews and the belling name, and to be honest, stock availability at the time. Yes it heats and cooks food (reasonably evenly) I like the hob for easy wipe clean, and it looks good. But that is where it ends for me. Immediately on first use - and has continued ever since, it leaks all over the floor. I’ve had belling out twice, twice the same engineer, put his bag down, never opened it and told me condensation is a natural by product of cooking. I would agree- but a wet stained floor shouldn’t be! He’s then told me it’s due to the technological advances due to it being greener, (?), he’s told me the left oven does it and the right doesn’t because the left is a fan and so they are different (I opened the door and showed him the right was a fan too!) If this was a built in oven it would totally wreck the cupboards underneath. As it is, it is wrecking my new 2k worth of flooring. Additionally after only 1 year all the knob numbers and hob indicators have all virtually disappeared. All in all I’m disappointed that I seem stuck with it and they won’t admit it’s faulty. I do not expect to have to put kitchen roll on the floor every time I cook, for an oven costing any amount let alone the price i paid! Despite the other good reviews, I would not recommend.

    Major design fault

    1/5
Generally I am very happy with my new oven, however I would like to advise anyone thinking about buying this that there are 3 doors with glass panels in. The two doors on the left of the oven have removable glass for cleaning purposes however the tall oven door to the right does not have removable glass. It also has an open vent in the top of the door which allows any liquid to go into which now cannot be removed unless the whole door is actually removed by a Belling technician! I have now spent a lot of money on an oven which has had this happen and it looks awful. I contacted Belling and have advised them that in my opinion, this is a major design fault on their behalf and is very unsatisfactory from a customer’s perspective. My otherwise sparkling range cooker now looks like I’ve never cleaned the door and it looks like I’ll have to wait until something goes wrong to be able to get an engineer out just so I can clean it properly! Just be advised! AO can highly recommend, Belling maybe not so much

Faulty with poor after service, and still not working!

    1/5
Sadly I can't give no stars. Arrived with half the hob not working. AO might be quick when all goes to plan, but when things go wrong its a nightmare. When you call AO they put you through to the manufacturer, rather than get you a new working cooker, they in turn hire a 3rd party appliance repair company to come and fix it. I've still no date for this as though as they boldly tell you you are "low priorty" as the cooker partially working. Despite AO sending me a broken cooker, no opportunity to have my consumer rights enforced! Further more the repair company have emailed saying if they think its a wasted visit they will charge me (for reeciving a faulty cooker from AO!). Trying to get A) customer services on the phone is nigh on impossible. My advice... shop with a local supplier, even if its a few quid more, you'll get a more personal service should something go wrong.

Big metal box thing that gets hot.

Haven't had it long, looks great & cooks really well only gripe is that the hob seems to mark no matter what pan/saucepan we use, apart from that its tip top & fan-dabby-dozey.
