5*! From the moment I ordered my item it’s been a dream ! I had a lovely (and very funny!) gentleman from the customer service department phone me the day before it was due to be delivered, he confirmed my item and spoke through the next steps. The product was then delivered by two fantastic gentleman who were so friendly, quick and clean. They removed my old appliance and set up my new one and took all the packaging away with them. The product itself is exactly what I was looking for and is working brilliant! Couldn’t fault AO at all for the product or service! Would definitely recommend in future!

Great transparent draws in the freezer - very easy to see without opening the draw what is stored where. Useful 3 shelves in the door, providing enough depth to to hold milk bottles on one, juice cartons on the middle and also small jars on the top.

Thus far this fridge freezer is great. The 50/50 split allows a lot of room for all our needs and the frosting in the freezer is almost non- existent with just a little frosting on some packages. Freezing time is much better than our old unit so it gives us great confidence in it lasting a long time. Noise is minimal as is the footprint which is the same as the previous freezer unit.

It’s a brilliant fridge-freezer. We’ve got loads more fridge space than we did have and the freezer drawers have a really cool feature where you pull them out and they angle downward whilst linked to the freezer. Our old freezer drawers were straight pull-out ones, which meant it was not always easy to see what was at the back of the drawer. The anti-frost feature will also make life a lot easier, as we were losing a lot of space previously to frost build up. The price is good, and the speed of delivery was really quick. Very satisfied

Paid for ao.com to install which included changing doors if need be. Doors opened L to R and I needed R to L. On delivery ao said couldn't do due to covid restrictions. Bracket holding doors put on with machined screws and wouldn't shift without special tool to ease off. Now having to pay for man with the tools to change doors. Very disappointed of Beko for machining screws in making it impossible to change without specific tools.

It’s a basic fridge freezer, needed one urgently after an old fridge broke down. This fridge is advertised as having reversible doors which was one of the reasons I purchased. I am better equipped than the average person when it comes to DIY but I have not been able to undo the final two bolts needed to reverse the doors. Physically impossible, even with a large range of tools available! Have watched all the Beko videos of door reversals and have not been able to do it. Now have a mildly inconvenient access to the fridge.

Storage is great though the draw and inner door compartments are rather flimsy. There is a reason why you off and get two drawers in the fridge because I can become quite heavy and I can see the single drawer eventually cracking. My main beef with this fridge freezer is the doors don’t close automatically you can push them to and unless you give them a good whack will stay just an inch away from being closed which is absolutely down annoying. Never had a fridge freezer where the doors just don’t sell at the close when you push them to

We purchased this fridge freezer to replace one we had in the garage which was unreliable at low temperatures. We are delighted with our purchase, the fridge freezer is quiet in operation. Both the fridge and freezer accommodate all our needs (family of 3. The ability to hang the doors either way is very advantageous. It is also a relief to find the freezer is still operational during the current low temperatures. Recommended, if and when the need arises for a new fridge or fridge freezers we will look at Beko products.
