What can I say upto date settings for all different washing so quite you hardly know it’s on 9kg perfect and smart phone app available. So impressed with item and 5star service from ao. Will definitely use them again

This is an excellent washing machine for many reasons. It is very simple to use despite the wide variety of settings with adjustable temperatures and spin cycles. The large capacity has been great for blankets and dog bedding. The 14 minute fast cycle still washes the items properly. It is very quiet compared to our previous machine. I would thoroughly recommend this machine.
