It’s a fantastic machine, it has reduced the drying time of a normal wash from two hours (my old condenser machine) to 1 hour and 20 minutes and it’s all completely dry. Also love the amount of programs and the fact you can control it remotely from your smartphone with the app which can also send you notifications when a cycle is finished. Smart Sensors stop the cycle when fabrics are dry saving on electricity compared to timed programs from my old machine. It’s also pretty quiet compared to other dryers. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Light weight, very quiet when in use and extremely easy to use. Well worth the money.

Veray easy and intuitive to use and "talks" to its sister Hoover washing machine over the WiFi - it recommends what dryer setting after the programmed wash. Awesome!

It’s very slow and needs put on twice to actually dry things. It also fills the room with warm steamy air which we didn’t know when making the purchase. It could do with being vented outside which defeats the object of a condenser dryer. It’s a 10kgs machine but with much less than that in it it can’t decide how long to dry and gets it wrong. The majority of the programs are only available for light loads which seems pointless if we purchased a 10kgs machine to actually handle large loads. All in I’m not overly impressed. But it does at least dry things eventually and the door water container is handy but I’m doubtful how well that will last.

Very happy with this dryer, arrived on time easy to get going and does the job well. Had no problems and looks great.

Delivery was very quick and the delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful. The tumble dryer was easy to setup and is working well. I love tumble dryers with a sensor dry, so it stops as soon as the clothes are dry. Saving on electric. I would recommend this to a friend
