Works as expected, doesn’t feel as substantial as the previous model we had!

Lovely matt black toaster, easy to use buttons, the only downside so far, having only used it a few times since we’ve bought it, is I wish the slots were slightly bigger to allow for bigger slices of bread, ie. giraffe bread, otherwise happy with it. Otherwise would have given 5 stars!

This Toaster is wonderful, for example the design - the cable does not get restricted as was the case on our previous appliance and the controls as very well thought out. The crumb trays are exactly as you would expect - easy to access and clear out. In my opinion, this is a solid appliance that delivers what it is supposed to do, excellent toast.

I had always wanted my own side of the toaster for my gluten free bread, bagels, crumpets, etc... Now I can toast for myself and for my family at the same time with the ability to control the temperature of each side. I also like the slightly retro look about it.

Beautiful and bonus it had the matching kettle too!

Absolutely love. Since having.....I have defrosted, toasted rolls, crumpets and bread. They come out perfect. Fantastic product and looks classy. It is a matt surface so don’t show finger marks. Added bonus ?? You won’t go to wrong with this toaster.

Very sleek and modern looking. Goes perfectly with my other Matt black delonghi products. I love it!
