Plenty of power, more than Henry which it replaced. Only SLIGHT downside is that power cord doesn't rewind into unit. Otherwise great

Charles is an absolutely fantastic addition to our household. While I've loved the cordless vacuums I've used for the past 5 years or so, I've found they don't quite do the job as well as I'd like. This thing can deal with anything! The cord is long enough to reach every room in my 3 bed house without switching plugs. A little tip - on first use, I could hardly use it because the suction was so strong, I felt like I'd done an hour in the gym! There's a slider on the stick that you can use to tone it down a bit and makes things far easier!

Good hoover, heavy, very difficult to hoover rugs, as the suction is so strong, not tried the water pick up yet, not for the elderly or feral,

Great service, great price. Works well Great addition to the family. A lot of gadgets for all uses. Easy to use and store. Not sure about the name Charlie, as it snorts stuff up it’s nose! LOL.
