Bought Charlie after talking to friends loyal to henry and plumber using charlie to empty radiators of water for replacement. Impressed by comments. Early days but impressed, cleans well but needs a bit of oomph to push/pull the hose and head.

A tip top replacement which should cope with all eventualities. Am very pleased so far but will have to find a new storage space. .I have several Chinese rugs so have to pull Charles along more gently to avoid tipping over. Cable is nice and long but I miss my old vac which had an automatic cable rewind. Am confident that Charles will be with us and be a very useful friend for a long time.

Great vaccume. Very good suction. Good on hard wood floors. Con- can't control the suction and for that reason can't clean the area rugs.... the suction is too strong . On and off good vaccume.

Charles is an absolutely fantastic addition to our household. While I've loved the cordless vacuums I've used for the past 5 years or so, I've found they don't quite do the job as well as I'd like. This thing can deal with anything! The cord is long enough to reach every room in my 3 bed house without switching plugs. A little tip - on first use, I could hardly use it because the suction was so strong, I felt like I'd done an hour in the gym! There's a slider on the stick that you can use to tone it down a bit and makes things far easier!

This is our second machine, we've had the first for about 5 years, it has been faultless and still going strong. This second machine was purchased to increase productivity and since we were so pleased with Charles already, buying another was a no-brainer. Suction is good on both wet and dry mode and there are a wide range of accessories available - such as longer hoses - for very reasonable prices. Build quality is excellent and this extends to the attachments too. I would happily recommend this vacuum to anyone for both domestic and light industrial use.

Great vacuum, has a really good suction on it. Can’t fault this product at all.

super suction ,this vaccum is like my old Henry which i loved with all the same great features but this one has more suction ,in fact brilliant suction and washes, what more could you want, easy to use and move ,in fact i was shocked by how light it is .Charles is Simply Great
