This product is excellent and works so well on muddy dog paws on the carpet and is very light and easy to use. I would highly recommend this product to anyone

there is nothing to not like as this is the first carpet cleaner ive bought, it does exactly what its meant to do even if you just use clean water. I have only used it twice however I would recommend it to anyone that just wants their carpet cleaner without any fuss. I also like the simplicity of filling and emptying the relevant tanks.
