Bought this washer for my elderly parents as its compact, lightweight and easy to set up and manoeuvre.. It's performance is spot on as they have carpet in their high traffic hallway and its brought their carpet back up like new plus it was dry within an hour of washing so I have rated it a 5 star preforming against its bigger more expensive rivals

Very simple to use, not heavy at all, really effective. Managed to clean a heavily soiled area in an elderly persons flat. Liquid was a great deodoriser. I have disabilities and use this product easily. One set back is the small liquid capacity but it’s so effective it cancels that out Fabulous value, my previous one cost me four times the price.

Am absolutely delighted with this product. It's well worth the money I paid for it. Totally pleased with the ease of use and how well it cleaned the carpets on first use. Excellent value for money. Basic but sturdy.

I used the Vax carpet cleaner as soon as it arrived, because my dogs had left marks on the carpet by the door, where they come into the house. It did a super job of cleaning and now it is hard to tell, where the stains were. It is light and easy to use and I can recommend it for anyone, who does not have a large area, that needs cleaning.
