Easy to use and makes a massive difference to your carpets. A sturdy machine and easy to manoeuvre. Emptying the water is easy and wow the colour difference is plain to see!! You can tell you’ve given your carpets the TLC they needed.

Everything I haver wanted. I will never use the bucket of water and the brush again. The vacuum makes everything so much easier and clean. It removes all smells and stains. I’m absolutely in love. And the variation of cleansers is makes it even better.

This was purchased to replace a Vax that had given up after about a decades use. Wow! What an upgrade, leaving the carpet close to dry. Also really like the self dosing system for the carpet shampoo. Leaves the carpets like new.

Brilliant I had an older version but this one is far superior. Much better quality of materials used and a better design! Clear instructions too! It’s still quite a heavy bit of machinery but works beautifully!

Definitely worth watching YouTube videos before using but great once I got the hang off it. Cleaned well and left my carpets soft and fluffy.

Very happy with this product. Particularly like the fact that there are separate containers for clean and for dirty used water. We also like the weight of the appliance, especially when carrying it up/down stairs. Easy to assemble and easy to operate. Having a dog, this is an invaluable asset to our home.

Very easy to use with simple easy to understand instructions. Cleaned our living room carpet, desk chairs and car seats so far and cannot believe how much dirt came out of them. Brought tomato and tea stains out of the carpet.

Really good product and cleans carpets and car very very well. Feels a little too plasticky though hence not 5 stars
