We've only had the product a short while but first impressions are good, it works efficiently and quietly. The only disappointing aspect is; we do not think our dinner plates are particularly large but unless we arrange them really carefully they catch on the top rotor arm

Good machine, easy to use

Good quality

Dishwasher fits our large plates well and cleans our glasses (which our old one didn't). It's very quiet too. Only downside is that the cycles seem quite long.
