    Upon delivery the oven wasn’t operating but fitter were able to sort. Unfortunately it happened again a week later and needed to be exchanged. AO were very responsive and sorted for next day delivery and fitting. Oven is user friendly plenty of room and looks good but would have liked an extra shelf. Thank you.

    I bought this in 2019 honestly the worst oven I have ever owned the grill clicks off when it wants and I've had to replace the oven and fan multiple times I have gave up with it now

    Seems to do what it says on the tin. Accurate size measurements. Easy to operate. Cooked Victoria Sponge and Roast chicken just like my old oven.

    Service very good but oven fan was very noisy. Engineer came out and fitted a new one within days. Very happy but could not give 5 stars as product was faulty. Oven is excellent value and a large size.
