Can't give more than 3star as we didn't like the appearance of it so sent it back. Has large round handles that aren't really apparent in the pictures

Hasn’t been installed yet but it arrived promptly and I’m looking forward to it being installed

Overhaul oven looks great, only downfall is when using the grill it cuts out after 10 mins and comes back on when it’s cooled down. Phoned Hotpoint and was told this is a safety feature. Not too impressed

We bought this oven because the oven door got smashed of our old one, it was as much to repair as buy new, and this was a reasonably priced like for like replacement. Being honest we are aiming to redo our kitchen in the next few years and I would not choose to have an oven like this. The grill is super hot, the oven itself seems to run a little colder than my old one, and is narrower. The timer alarm is super loud and insistent. Overall it's okay, it's not my dream cooker though!

Good oven but above outside grill gets very hot, the grill also switch it self off half way through cooking

I am pleased with the main oven which heats up quickly and cooks evenly. However the top oven is very disappointing. There seems to be little insulation between the two ovens and so with the main oven at 180c the top oven is hot. Plates become too hot to touch and it means I cannot use it is a warming oven for vegetables etc. I am also concerned with the grill elements which seem to loop down and I have to be extremely careful when putting the grill pan in and out.

Excellent service and the product does what it is supposed to do. Installation was simple and I had to make no changes to the cabinet it was going into. All in all very happy

Good price and good looks But grill not too good and when cooking with oven, the outside door gets very hot, not good for children walking past.
