Hotpoint Double Oven works well although Grill switches on and off at various times whilst grilling. It’s meant to save power but is rather annoying as cooking takes longer than expected. Also glass gets very hot when ovens in use so keep the kids away. Wouldn’t buy another Hotpoint from choice.

Grill and top oven automatically turn off after about 10 minutes! I contacted Hotpoint and they insist that it is a new feature to save energy! Surely if a grill switches off its not grilling? Are they talking rubbish? Anyone know?

Overall, oven looks good and easy to use. Just let down a little by the dials that look and feel a little bit cheap, something you can't puck up on from pictures. Cooks well though which is key and good value.

Website easy to use. Arrived on time but although this hotpiint oven is the same make as my old oven I've noticed it does not seem to get as hot as my old oven I've only used it three times but each time I have needed to turn the heat higher

Oven is ok but unfortunately they could not install due to not being happy with length of cable from previous oven. I got my £100 back for installation so no probs. The frustrating thing was I'd already spoken to the company and explained about the wire and would it be ok , to which they replied yes, no issue at all. I then had to get an electrician to come out on another date to install the oven. First time I used the oven made a loud scrapping sound once it had reached required temperature, so now I need them to come out to look at that, another day I'll have to sit in and wait...Not happy !

Does as it said easy to set up and works well. Top oven light not working on delivery and difficult to get through to help line to report it. Still trying

The oven is great - the stainless steel finish is lovely and it's really easy to set up and start using. The grill and defrost functions are both good. Really easy to use and fit into the slot of our old oven perfectly!

Oven is fine, just a bit irritated that AO sent me an email offering the same oven by Indesit for £30 less a week later.
