So disappointed! Very light and feels flimsy ! The drawers don’t feel stable and everything crashes about as you push them in ! Going through all the different programs and sometime it dispenses the fisher tablet sometimes it doesn’t open ! The sizing brilliant fitted into our space, that is the only thing good I can say ?? how long this will last ? Try last one wash 15 years x think we will lucky to get a couple! Look elsewhere!

Very good simple to install easy to use

So far, so good. Cleans everything we've put in it, love the different wash programmes available. No problems yet.

It's energy efficient, runs well but the cutlery tray at the top is set too high and is cumbersome to pull in and out. It doesn't slide well either. Preferred my Samsung (but don't miss the music, SMEG is less annoying from that perspective!)

Great dishwasher, very quiet & does what it’s meant to . Baskets are less solid than previous one but nothing is as well built as it used to be ??????? If I’m to be critical, no real complaints at all ??

I like the extra drawer at the top for cutlery, I’ve got rid of the basket so have a lot more room for plates in the bottom.

It has all of the fancy compartments which you can move around to suit your needs which is why I gave it the 2 stars. Other than that though - we're 3 weeks in to using this at least once daily and it's so disappointing. There are certain areas, like all 4 corners of the bottom tray - that the water just doesn't seem to reach - whatever you put there - doesn't get clean and I don't think I've ever ran a cycle and not needed to rewash a few things. It's a very similar story with the cutlery tray - it's more style over substance and doesn't do a great job. We've tried all of the settings on there as well as the rinse aid and dishwasher tablets recommended by Smeg and it doesn't make a difference. Overall I would just completely avoid this model.
