Smegging rubbish! To quote another review on here - it's like a reverse Tardis. How did they make it so small on the inside? There aren't even enough prongs to fit the claimed number of dishes. The top tray has 3 settings - the highest one makes it hit the cutlery tray! The bottom one makes it hit large dishes on the bottom, and if you flip the bits at the side down to add another row of cups and saucers it won't close! Stupid design, not a great price. And I found a random bolt at the bottom too, who know's what it's from. I can't comment on how well it cleans because we sent it back. It is missold as a 13 place setting machine.

This is the worst product of any type I have ever procured. Whoever designed it has clearly never used a dishwasher. The cutlery tray is overcomplex and collides with the upper drawer. The lower spray arm has to be removed everytime you clear the filter. Its kind of an inverse tardis - much less capacity than you'd expect. I'll never buy a SMEG again and will make it a condition of my will that my descendents never do either. I genuinely hope it breaks swiftly so I can replace it and move on with my life.

Overall great product, cleans well and is very quiet. My only small complaint with it is the door seems very flimsy, not sure if that's by design though.

I love this dishwasher. I can use it without having to consult the manual because the instructions make sense. It does a great job cleaning, and nicely lets you know how much time is remaining.
