This is the worst product of any type I have ever procured. Whoever designed it has clearly never used a dishwasher. The cutlery tray is overcomplex and collides with the upper drawer. The lower spray arm has to be removed everytime you clear the filter. Its kind of an inverse tardis - much less capacity than you'd expect. I'll never buy a SMEG again and will make it a condition of my will that my descendents never do either. I genuinely hope it breaks swiftly so I can replace it and move on with my life.

Overall great product, cleans well and is very quiet. My only small complaint with it is the door seems very flimsy, not sure if that's by design though.

I love this dishwasher. I can use it without having to consult the manual because the instructions make sense. It does a great job cleaning, and nicely lets you know how much time is remaining.

Fantastic product , washes really well with great eco rating. A big range of program options . Really like the adjustable trays and racks and the small cutlery trays are brilliant. The quality appears as good as ever and if it lasts as long as my last Smeg 18 years i'll be more than happy.

Extremely disappointed with this dishwasher. Delivered today. Haven't even switched it on but when removing the blue protective plastic from the top of the door, the entire panel lifted up ! Absolutely appalling quality for an £800 dishwasher. Not the quality I expected from SMEG brand.
