Very nice looking tumble dryer, easy to use & seems quite economical so far. I would recommend.

Only had for a couple of weeks but loving it so far. Auto setting works prefect and comes out dry every time. the app even texts you to remind you to empty the water/filter.

Nice looking product, great energy efficiency, can connect to a drain or empty the built in water collector. Doesn't fog up the windows in the conservatory where I have put it. Not tried connecting to phone yet.

Really happy with this purchase - the service is always excellent, clear notification of delivery, removal and installation. The tumble dryer looks great, is nice and quiet, and is working fantastically so far!

Easy to use, dries efficiently and doesn't take all that much longer than our old condenser dryer to get everything perfectly dry. Highly recommended!

Garbage - after two uses the machine is not drying clothes - what’s more I have reported the issue to Hi-Sense via the app A week ago which said I would be contacted - I was not I telephoned the UK helpline - after 20 mins was told by the AI assistant the “we are experiencing high volumes of call” but you can request a Warranty repair via our website site - first of all you need to register for warranty - however the model number ISN’T LISTED so I can’t register it This has gone one for week - my old Hotpoint was called if to bits but could still set washing to the very last load - at my wits end with this
