The heat pump tumble drier not only looks great but works works great too. It has a good size drum for family of five and it's very quiet. We haven't had it for long so not sure about usage costs but based on the information given it should be cheaper than our previous condenser tumble drier. Would recommend.

Fantastic dryer, runs quietly with lots of program options although we use the synthetics program the most as it’s one of the shortest run times and seems to do the job. Also doesn’t generate lots of heat or moisture in the room like our previous condenser dryer.

Really impressed with the new dryer. We had to replace our 11 year old vented dryer. It does take longer but I’m happy with the clothes as they come out. Emptying the water container was super easy. The lint collector simple to clean. Win win.

Great dryer, very quiet, big drum. Easy to use although haven’t used the WiFi and App yet. Delivered really quickly and delivery team were very helpful.

Great device service and delivery

First time with a heat pump tumble dryer, a little more complicated than a standard one, but just something new to learn. If it saves me money, will be happy. Only gripe, the little door on the front at the bottom, the catch is rubbish, strained on first opening, but not something I should need to use very often so unless the dryer shakes it open, should be fine

Smart and simple design, although the pause/play button is situated a little too close to the delay button which means if you’re not careful (because they are all touch sensitive) that you can press it by mistake. Also don’t expect to get things dry in a hurry. Takes forever. That said, everything comes out dried as expected on the relevant setting and almost crease free. On the whole it was pretty much ‘plug and play’ as you would expect from a tumble drier. Haven’t bothered with the smart app yet but am sure that will come in handy in future. Not quite sure about the overly-engineered double lint collector, since it collects fluff in both sections so seems a bit pointless having one inside the other but I’m sure there is a well thought through idea behind it and it isn’t really that hard to open them both up and clean. Best bit is that it doesn’t make a lot of noise and is apparently super energy efficient. Let’s hope the last part is true!

Love it! Large drum so it will dry a lot in one go. The clothes come out dry and importantly never steamy so you don’t need to worry about them getting creased if you leave them in the dryer. It is deeper than my old machine but it’s worth it for the extra capacity.
