Cleans well even on the eco setting. Installation instructions are very poor particularly with regards to the adjustment of the front legs which are a ridiculously poor design. Once installed very happy.

I had a previous Smeg dishwasher (for 15 years) which was fantastic - this new (replacement) doesn’t seem as solid and the baskets are less well designed and don’t seem as substantial. However, the choice of wash cycles are more efficient and better suited to general use; a 27 minute wash is brilliant. I’m hoping that this new one will last 15 years too ….. but I’m not as confident (yet) as my last one ….

Bought a Smeg to replace a Bosch dishwasher which needed a new water heater/motor after only 4 years. The rear leg adjuster is jammed - the SMEG advice is that the dishwasher may have been dropped in the factory and I should get an engineer in to unjam it. Why should I pay someone to sort out the fault! AO said contact the manufacturer - see above - but my contract is with AO.

Great product..quiet and efficient.

Arrived on time and I'm not stuck at the sink washing dishes every day. What's not to love.
