This review says more about AO than the Beko Dishwasher. Allow me to explain; The dishwasher was bought by me for my daughter and delivered to her address. After installation by my Son in Law the dishwasher did not work. It displayed a "No Water" fault. Acting on advice from AOs website my daughter contacted Beko who sent an engineer. The engineer confirmed the appliance was faulty and that AO would be informed. The following day I contacted AO who confirmed that the appliance was faulty and a replacement was delivered the following day.
You may say that AO were simply doing what the law required, but how a company reacts when things go wrong is a good guide to that companies ethos and their response convinced me that they are a good company to do business with. As for the dishwasher, it is performing as expected and my daughter seems happy with it.
