Arrived broken. Three weeks later and it's still not fixed. Engineer attended, didn't have the correct parts and still hasn't returned. Will be contacting AO for a refund in the next week. Rubbish.

Had two of these dishwashers in 13 months, one lasted 11 months and was replaced under warranty with a faulty control panel. The second one didn’t make 3 months with the same problem, avoid this product.

The instructions this comes with are a disgrace, with cluttered confusing diagrams and no words to describe what you need to do. I've had to pay a technician to come and help me.

On/off button is so stiff I initially thought it was broken, but it turns out you just need thumbs of steel to push it! After two weeks the automatic door stopped opening to allow air drying and aftrr three weeks it has now packed up completely and just gurgles at me. Calling Beko.

The dishwasher doesn't fit any of our dinner plates in it! They are pretty much standard and I'm very confused too why the top half has lots of height but the bottom half doesn't. We have been very missed sold on this product and unable to get a refund because it has been used.

The dishwasher does not work. We have to wait five days for someone to come out and see what the issue is. Very disappointed with this brand new product and the fact it hasn’t simply been replaced with a dishwasher which actually works. Especially annoying because we had family visiting this weekend and no dishwasher.

Sorry, we cannot leave a review yet - the dishwasher has not worked since it was installed and left with us, after a brief check that water was running, or seemed to be, and without attempting to run a program. Since then, we have been waiting for our plumber, which has been delayed by the holiday period and illness. Still no dishwasher, and we have had a loud alarm signal when trying to run it. Your advice and assistance will be appreciated.

Can't comment as it hasn't worked since it was installed by AO a week and a half ago.
